I made a spacer from 4 peices of 3/4" plywood to get the
projector
to the right height, then used some long lag bolts to hold it all up.
I had to get into the attic to install some cross braces
attached
to the joists, that was a whole lot of fun. No air circulation, lots of
pink fiberglass....
The guy that the builder had us deal with for pre-wiring told
me
that he would run a long s-video cable to get up there as well as a
15-pin
VGA-to-5 BNC cable. Well the BNC cable is long enough, the s-video is
not.
Good thing I had him put in two flexible conduits to the projector
location.
I need to use it. I also need two new cables, s-video and component
video
for the DVD and HDTV players.
