Before securing it, I ran a string through the pipe, so I could pull it up to the
ceiling and the hole, since I was alone when I was doing this.
The relay and the fan.

The trigger + went to the trig input, the trigger - got paired with the 12VDC - and
connected to the neg input, the 12VDC + went to the pos input
and I used the N/O contact and the COM on the voltage side. It all worked.
Sort of the finished product. Now I need to make a hushbox to cover all the uglyness!
I watched a movie and then some DTS trailers
after
getting it all installed, and
it did exactly what it was designed to do. It did
not heat up the room at all.
