The Dual Subwoofer project
Getting all the foam in place after using silicon on all the joints to help seal and hold things in place.
I put the back together and remembered that I needed to have room for the wires and terminals, so I had to modify it by adding a recess.
Side panels in place for a test-fit. The driver holes are all drilled and the T-Nuts are in place.
Here is the way that I lengthened the ABS ports to get the proper tuning frequency. Add a coupling.
I then cut some of the foam away from the port ends, to make sure the ports can breath
The top cap is glued in place. I will route out the holes to the proper size after the glue all sets. I will also finish the wood to match the trim in the room.
