The shelves cut and trim installed on the front. All gaps and nail holes
filled and sanded.

Trying to get the peices of 1/4" plywood to laminate together. The
curvature
of the board was fighting me. I noticed afterward that the edges are
not
completely flat, but that will work out perfectly, since that will
stop the
peices from vibrating in the slots in the extrusion when assembled.

Man, this dye is some potent stuff. I could get all the boards done
with one
batch of 1 oz. to 1 quart of water dilution.

Oh, man. That was a bad bump. About 2 cups left of dye in the container
all
splattered on the floor. Only time will tell if the stain comes out
of the concrete.
I doubt it. But hey, it is a garage!
My new double-containment system for the dye!
My little assembly line of shelves.
A close up of the dye after 2 coats. You can still see areas where
the grain
was too deep for the dye to penetrate.
